Description:

WH-B36 scale is our company's new electronic kitchen scale, which is moistureproof, touch screen and high precision, specially suitable used for family, baking and medicinal materials. It is featured by accurate weighing, multi-unit toggle, waterproof and moistureproof. It is built-in large capacity lithium battery, can be also powered by USB external power source or dry battery, which make the scale can work and standby for long time.

Operation:

1.Power On/Off:
Put the scale at a horizontal position, press "ON/OFF" key, it will power on, user can start to weigh after it is stable. Press "ON/OFF" key at working state for over 2 seconds it will power off, if there's no weighing changes or not operate the scale for 120 seconds, the scale will automatically power off.
2.Unit convert:
Press "MODE" to convert the units among "g-kg-oz-fl:oz-lb-lb:oz-ct-ml-tl"
3.Tare:
To weigh the goods with container, firstly put the container on the scale, and press "T" key to tare, then put the goods into the container after the scale displays zero.
4.Counting Function:
Press “MODE” key to select PCS function. Under counting status, press “MODE” key for 3seconds to setup QTY of counting.When the 25 flashing, you can press “MODE” key choose the best number as you need (50, 75, 100 and 25).
Example: you choose 50 and “PCS” is flashing. Now you put 50pcs goods on the plate and waiting for 10seconds. Mean you under the counting state when “PCS” not flashing. At this time you put all the goods on the plate. You will know how many pieces on the plate.
Note: the weight of the sample must be more than minimum weight of the scale acceptable. Otherwise the screen will display “Err4”. Mean sample counting failed.
Turn off sound
Press “Mode” button for 3seconds and you will get PF=02 (PF=08). Next please press ON/OF button for 1seconds and you will get into SP=ON state. You can press Mode button to select SP=OF/SP=ON. Now you can press ON/OF button twice to back to weighing state. Note: SP=ON mean turn on the sound and SP=OF mean turn off the sound.

Calibration:

1, Put on the kitchen scale, continuously press the "UNIT" key for three times (press two short and one long), it will enter the calibration state. Press "UNIT" key to choose the required ranges, and press "ON/OFF" key to confirm, and then display the internal code value.
2, Press again "ON/OFF" key, display "CALO", then it displays the internal code.
3, Put the first standard weight (see the "Note" below), then it displays the internal code again.
4, Put the second standard weight (see the "Note" below), if successfully calibrates, it will enter normal weighing status, if unsuccessfully calibrates, it will display "Err".
(Note: Scale of 3kg/0.1g, first standard weight and second standard weight are 1000g and 2000g. for others range, first standard weight and second standard weight are 2000g and 4000g.)

Shutdown time setting
When the kitchen scale is turned on, touch & hold “MODE” key for 3 seconds, the screen will display PF=02, press again “UNIT” key, it will display PF=04, PF=06, PF=08, PF=10, PF=00, which means the kitchen scale will automatically shutdown after 2 minutes, 4 minutes, 6 minutes, 8 minutes, 10 minutes. PF=00 means the scale will not shutdown automatically.

Caution:

1, Put the scale on flat surface, do not use the scale at place of corrosion, vibration and strong electromagnetic interference.
2, When the scale displays "O_Ld", immediately remove or decrease the goods to avoid permanent damage of the scale because of overloading.
3, Recharge the scale in time or replace the dry battery if the scale displays "LO".
4, Take out the dry battery if the scale is not use for long time, to avoid damagement of the scale because of battery leakage.
5, If the scale is not use for long time, recharge the scale (built-in lithium battery) in 6 month, to avoid damagement of the lithium battery because of long-term idle of the scale.
6, This scale waterproof level is IP67, please use it according to the specification.
